Last June 10, 2007, a group of photographers mostly newbies and hobbyist gathered together at Lamesa Eco Park for a photoshoot.

This is the first time where some of the photogs from DPP and photogs from TPC EON/Sxis Army joined together. An outdoor modelshoot, nature and landscape shot, macro shots was really a great experince for everyone. We've learned alot from each others, sharing new teachniques, new ideas and most important of all, making new friends. It was really fun and exciting EB. thanks for all those who attend, thanks for sharing the experience and hope to see you all guys next time. this is only the beginning.

Who is SxIS Army / EON?

SxIS Army is a group formed having people with Canon Powershot S Series cameras. Some outgrowing their gear eventually upgrading into the DSLR field. This is where EON emerge. EON from Neo - Neophyte, a beginner, an apprentice, novice, amateur, tenderfoot, a noobie. Hence the tag line "noobies teaching noobies".
